Privacy Policy (published in student catalog, p.22)

Academic and financial records will be kept on the Institute property at all times. Students and their parents (if the student is a dependent minor) will be provided access to their records upon request. Requests for review of a student’s records will be honored within three business days of the request. During a review a member of the staff will be present at all times. No information about the student will be given out over the phone. No information will be given to any individual or agency unless the student has authorized the release of information to that individual/agency by filling out a release of information form.
